When we launched our business, we didn’t have a market. In 1999 everything was totally different, the Russian market of real estate differed from the present market then. The segment of elite real estate was developing only and it drew little attention. But we realized that it was a perspective area, and today, high standards of work in this market are our merit in many ways.
We managed to invent our market ourselves. We developed and implemented our own classification of elite real estate, our own standards of real estate property promotion and a strategy of communication with clients. We have created a format of work at the time when there were no examples to follow. We became ourselves this kind of example. We are the first in our segment to start to provide high quality services.
