1999 — Launch of Kalinka Realty. Originally, we positioned ourselves as “a boutique of elite real estate” specializing on elite real estate segment in Moscow. From the very beginning the team of high qualified and experienced professionals has formed and managed to provide quality services of high standard. The Our experts were the first to develop and publish the classification of real estate properties of high price bracket.

Kalinka Realty signed a contract with King Sturge which gives Kalinka Realty a unique opportunity to carry out marketing promotion of London and UK residential real estate properties in Russia.

2001 — Department of Country Real Estate was founded bringing the best specialists in this segment together.

2003 — Kalinka started to support the project of building the territory of Krasny Oktyabr factory.

2005 — We started a new line of activity – foreign real estate. Kalinka Realty concluded a deal about support in consulting in the project of building the territory of “the hydraulic vane machines plant” on Bolshaya Tatarskaya Street.

2006 — We won a tender on the consulting of the project of multifunctional complex “Four Seasons Kremlin”.

2007 — The famous designer Phillip Stark selected Kalinka Realty as the official agent of international design-focused property development company Yoo Ltd. by Philipp Starck and John Hitchcox in Russia. A deal with Rossiyskiy Kredit Bank on the marketing support in the project about building 10.2 hectares of territory around Kauchuk plant was signed.

2008 — Department for Financial Markets and Investments (Capital Markets) was opened and highly skilled professionals who had an impeccable reputation for having a deep knowledge of the Russian market and experience of working with foreign partners and investors were invited to join.

2009 — We organized and conducted the MIPS (Moscow Investment Property Show) – the Russia’s first closed meeting in the “without intermediaries” format. CEOs of major investment funds, banks, real estate companies were invited, as well as major private investors and project owners who were interested in sale or purchase of real estate projects in Russia or abroad.

2010 — We announced the foundation of the commercial real estate department and opened a new direction – city, country and commercial real estate leasing.

2011 — Kalinka Realty signed a contract with King Sturge which gives Kalinka Realty a unique opportunity to carry out marketing promotion of London and UK residential real estate properties in Russia.
